eCrew Leadership Coaching is a truthcandy leadership development practice specializing in one-on-one leadership coaching.Transformational leadership requires good judgment, the ability to assess and interpret situations correctly, and the capacity to skillfully intervene. Furthermore, it also requires integrity, courage, and strong persuasive communication skills to influence and inspire people at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
Coaching provides a safe, confidential environment for unflitered and honest dialog where the client is challenged to draw on their own personal expertice and experiences to address and cultivate these capabilities.
In this, the coach's role is to listen intently to the client, ask them insightful and clarifying questions, make empowering requests, and provide accountablity for their goals and decisions. The client is expected to commit to the process recognizing that they are the only person who has the authority to implement the insights and strategies the have developed for their personal leadership growth and transformational leadership influence.

In agreeing to enter into a personal leadership coaching relationship, the client and coach are agreeing to honor and support the nature of coaching. It is important to recognize and understand coaching as a process—a journey.
The eCrew Leadership Coaching
framework
Leadership transformation through personal, one-on-one coaching is a life-changing journey. An eCrew leadership coaching partnership involves two sessions per month (up to 60 minutes each) for either six or twelve-months. If necessary, sessions can be conducted via phone or Skype. (Nonprofit rates are available)
The coaching session framework consists of Client-Centric dialog—the session’s direction is determined by the client and strictly focused on coaching the client through their current leadership/organizational challenges and future leadership goals they bring to the table; and Leadership Discovery dialog—organic conversation with leadership development and application fostered by readings in leadership theory, philosophy, and practices, and/or experiential learning.

- Free review of, or help constructing internal/external communication documents (e.g. email, memos, performance goals, etc.)
