Throughout my journeys in organizations and communities I have been continually driven by a fascination with the leadership philosophies, paradigms, and actions that ultimately transform individuals, communities, and the planet at large. As a result, I created truthcandy—a venue for leadership coaching, consulting, and development designed to cultivate the transformational growth of individuals, organizations, and communities.

I specialize in developing organizational leadership through personal leadership coaching, organizational leadership consulting, and organizational leadership training. My personal motto, "Transforming to lead – leading to transform" underscores my belief that as leadership paradigms are transformed, more integrated, innovative, compassionate and just organizations and communities are created.

I hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a Certificate of Servant-Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Olivet Nazarene University. In addition, I have completed a Certificate in Kansas Civic Leadership Context and Competencies from the Kansas Leadership Center.
