Erik specializes in developing organizational leadership through personal leadership coaching, organizational leadership consulting, and organizational leadership training.

His personal motto, "Transforming to lead – leading to transform" underscores his belief that as leadership paradigms are transformed, more integrated, innovative, compassionate and just organizations and communities are created.

Erik holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a Certificate of Servant-Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Olivet Nazarene University.
